multi-effect drooping film evaporator

JMZ multi-effect droping film evaporator uses the method of droping film evaporation. It can be formed a vacuum evaporation system with the one of styles among the single-effect,2-effect,3-effect,4-effect,5-effect,6-effect according to the property of compressed material and customer's request. It can be also used together with the coercive circulation evaporator and crystallier to deal with the concentration and product crystallitatiom of high viscous and easy scaled material. Additionally, it has the steam-ejection heat pump which minimizes the steam consumption. It is characterized by high efficiency of heat conduction,small temperature difference,having no oiling point loss due to liquid level,low power consumption etc. It is also characterized by the big concentration ratio(1/5-1/10),the wide scope for viscosity(400CP), a large capacity,a short delay,the small florr area and continuous production. The sepaation for steam and liquid uses the detachable cyclone separator, So It has a large capacity for treating steam per volume, a thorough separation for steam and liquid, a low fog entertainment and efficacy for clean condensing water.

 Owing to the features of high heat conduction coefficiency,suitable for small temperature difference,high vacuum evaporation, it can widely use the waster heat (such as the drier's hot air and flue gas), the remaining heat (of condensing water,process water and flash steam) to form  a waste heat evaporation machine unit, as the result. It completes the task of concentration by reducing or eliminating the use of fresh steam in order to achieve the "ZERO" breakthrough of using the raw steam for evaparotion.
