Detailed Product Description

  LJ single screw extrusion dryer (press dryer) is suitably used for dehydration of wet material with high moisture in the starch and fodder industries etc. Its structure is a conical shell with the built-in taper screw belt of varying screw pitch. The compression of material takes place due to two factors of screw pitch and height formed during the rotation. The dewetted material is ejected from the discharging end,the extruded water flows through the sieve pores in shell. It is charaterized by a big compression ratio,good dewetting effect,low moisture of output material and smooth operation without vibration. It is suitable for the continuous production.
