 plate heat exchanger is kind of high-effective heat exchanging machine,which is used for air-air, air-liquid, liquid-liquid. Its widely used in chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, foodstuff, light-industry, spin, metallurgy, steel rolling industries. It can be devided into dismantle type () and un-dismentale type.

Structure & performance

1.       this equipment is composed by two plants which forming screw channels. Two heating medium can make adverse current to enhance the heating purpose. Even with litter temperture differences can reach heaing effect.

2.       tangent structure at piping connection part. Lower resistance. And the screw channels are evenly which theres no big turning, so total resistance is small. The design flowrate can be enlarged to achieve higher heating capacity

3.       I type is un-dismantled. It adopts welding sealing at channelss faces, so it has high sealing.

4.       II type is dismentaled. The principle is similar with I type. Only the two channels can be dismentaled for cleaning, which is good for high-viscosity material, or with deposition.

5.       III type is dimentaled. The principle is similar with I type. Only the two channels can be dismentaled for cleaning. Which is widely used.

6.       According to normal pressure, the screw plate heat exchanger can be PN0.61.01.62.5Mpa. according to material, it can be carbon steel and stainless steel. We can design and manufacture accords to customers requirement.

7.       this equipment can be used by combining togerther. Eg. Parallel connection, in series connection, or one channel parallel connection and one channel in-series connection.
