The ferment tanks our company designed and manufactured is the standard tanks. The jacket will be used when the volume below 6m3, which the cooling and heating of steam is though the jacket. When the volume over 6m3, the cooling of steam is though the vertical tubes, and our company made improvement at the connection way of inside tube, which can avoid too many opening and dead corner. Thia connection way achieves perfect effect at actual using.

The ferment tank can devide into two types: cone-shaped (eg at alcoholic fermentation) and columniform type. The standard columniform tank is the most widely used.

The designing of ferment euipment is strict which rigour structure, enough strong and long using lift. Surface of equipment should be smooth with less accessories inside. Notes the connection bewteen air and steam, the mixing performances bewteen steam and solid, which makes effective exchange at material conveying and air exchange. Enough heat exchange area should be kept and ferment at optimun temerature. Our company pays much attention to the sealing which can guarantee the sterilization operation.
